We examine 14 top developers in Calgary who are hard at work bringing new projects — from studio apartments to luxurious penthouses — to the bustling Albertan city of Calgary.
Truman Homes

Truman Homes is working on several developments. Firstly, Chelsea Chestermere is 20 minutes outside of downtown Calgary, and when completed, it will be home to over 5,400 residents. LaCaille

La Caille’s story began in Calgary back in 1982, as a fine dining establishment located on the banks of the Bow River in Eau Claire. On its culinary journey, La Caille restaurant hosted numerous high-profile events over the years, such as a cocktail party for former U.S. President Bill Clinton and the victory party of the 1989 Stanley Cup Champion Calgary Flames.
As a result of these successes, in 1999, these Calgary developers officially transitioned into real estate development when it completed its first tower, the 18-storey Chateau LaCaille. By 2005, LaCaille’s founder had sold his restaurant and decided to focus exclusively on real estate development.
Upcoming developments by LaCaille that are still under pre-construction include Cambridge and Oxford Towers and Kings on Fourth.

Like other Calgary developers, Remington Development has many industrial developments on the way, they also have two residential projects in development.
