The Zolo Condo & Townhouse Market Report offers the hard analysis required to make a smart townhouse purchase in the Golden Horseshoe’s most populated region: The Greater Toronto Area.

To create this list we analyzed half-a-decade of data and determined a way to quantify community desirability. We then ranked more than 400 neighbourhoods in 27 cities in the Greater Toronto Area that offered condos for sale.

The result is an impressive list that ranks each neighbourhood based on value, momentum and neighbourhood economic viability. (Some neighbourhoods reported zero sales, so they got dropped from our master list.)
