Citimark and Western Construction
Western Construction and Citimark have combined their decades of experience in creating thoughtfully crafted communities throughout Metro Vancouver and Richmond to create Northview Estate.
Northview Estate is located right on the north arm of the Fraser River at 10311 River Drive, Richmond B.C. Previously based in Asia, CCM is a Vancouver-based investment group that brings together architects from IBI Group and interior designers from Portico Design Group to create the luxurious The Grand at Lansdowne.
Located in front of the Lansdowne Centre, three minutes away from the Richmond Centre, and a short walk away from the restaurant row at Alexandra Road, it’s hard to find a more privileged location.
