Growth Managers at Zolo are Real Estate industry experts who know the ins and outs of what it takes to be an exceptional Sales Representative when it comes to Realty. This role is for an agent that is ready for that next challenge in their career. The ideal candidate will have the soft skills of a life coach and the ability to encourage, mentor and lead top agents.

The purpose of this role is to support the company’s agent growth and conversion targets. With a focus on agent recruiting and sales skills, the Growth Manager is critical to the company’s overall success. You will be training and coaching Realtors in various aspects of the real estate sales process.

You are:

  • An exceptional trainer
    • Able to, in conjunction with other team members develop and implement agent training programs to support the company’s revenue growth
    • Technical and have the ability to deliver agent training using a combination of digital, pre-recorded and live resources
    • A solid sales person with a structured sales strategy
  • A motivational coach
    • Able to leverage our provided tools and resources to support agents in maximizing revenue, keep agents focused, eager to satisfy and retain their interest in our brokerage
    • A great listener and are empathetic to realtors problems and able to offer helpful solutions as a counsellor or life coach would
    • Able to ask before advocating and assume best intentions in order to encourage and nurture success
  • A leader when it comes to agent integration and support
    • Able to work with team members to optimize agent integration and startup

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience coaching and mentoring sales people
  • Experience in sales counselling & support
  • Superior phone and communication skills
  • Real Estate License - Ontario (Required)
  • Tech Savvy
