To help, we created a list of the top eight condo developers in the Richmond real estate market, as well as some of their current development opportunities. Whether you’re looking for a new townhouse in an up-and-coming Richmond community or a condo in a well-established commuter spot, these developments offer something for everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in front of the Lansdowne Centre, three minutes away from the Richmond Centre, and a short walk away from the restaurant row at Alexandra Road, it\u2019s hard to find a more privileged location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
