We love photos. No really, as Canadians, we love photos. Images of food, of vacays, of pooches and homes\u2014we love it all. According to Statista, one of the leading statistics companies on the Internet, more than 8.5 million Canadians used Instagram last year, or put another way, 20% of all Internet users actively use and view Instagram accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While Facebook still dominates, the photo-sharing application\u2019s popularity is growing and Instagram is considered one of the fastest-growing social media platforms on the planet. Particularly for the real estate industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s easy to see why. Rich with stunning photos and a visual glimpse into another person’s life (and career) Instagram is a great place to scan pics, especially of beautiful homes. Not surprising, then, that some real estate agents have adopted Instagram as one of their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To help you find the real estate agents you should follow on Instagram, we looked into the Hypetap<\/a> score. As a social influencer agency, Hypetap uses a proprietary algorithm<\/a> to determine influencers and it has a lot more to it than merely the number of followers on an Instagrammers account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the Hypetap score, we\u2019ve rounded up 13 Canadian real estate agents to follow on Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Zuzanamisik<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We like dogs and, apparently, so does Zuzana Misik. As a real estate agent with HomeLife\/Cimerman Real Estate Ltd., Brokerage, Zuzana’s Instagram feed offers super cute shots of pups (a few kitties) and loads of gorgeous homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But there’s a bigger reason for her cute puppy feed. Zuzana collaborates with the Etobicoke Humane Society. By posting pics she helps find homes for the area\u2019s homeless dogs and cats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for Zuzana’s style, it certainly shows. Her background is in art and design and this translates into a beautiful  Instagram feed, as her 11,000 + followers would agree. The homes showcased in her feed are beyond fabulous and each photo is accompanied by useful pieces of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In reality, Ottawa\u2019s AgentDK is an avowed family man and lives for those rare moments when he can spend time focused on his wife, children and parents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among Canada\u2019s top 1% of real estate agents, blocks of free time are a luxury for this Royal LePage Team Realty agent. Self-described as \u201crelentless,\u201d his 10,000 + Instagram followers are treated to slices of DK\u2019s life and travels, which means his Instagram feed isn’t all about real estate and what’s currently for sale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stephanie is big into positive living and her Instagram feed is a great example of this attitude. Filled with inspirational quotes and stunning photos of nature, her dogs, her friends and family, and, of course, real estate, Stephanie is the epitome of a glass-half-full kind of person.
