When a city spends a great deal of time building community, nurturing business and helping to cultivate civic pride, it starts to show and this is exactly why more and more people seek out property in Langley (and, subsequently, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask any family with kids and they&#8217;ll tell you now certain Langley neighbourhoods would top the list of most desirable&nbsp;neighbourhoods. Neighbourhoods like Walnut Grove and Aldergrove are known for their community spirit and their proximity to excellent schools and parks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But this desirability also meant that prices on single-family homes in these neighbourhoods climbed really, really high. As a result, townhomes and condos are becoming a popular choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Top &#8216;hood to buy a townhouse is a long-time Langley favourite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To help make the best decision when it comes to what neighbourhoods to look at for a townhome, we analyzed data from over half a decade on the 28 neighbourhoods that have townhome sales. Not surprisingly Aldergrove and Langley City topped our list, but so did neighbourhoods in Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge. In fact, the top spot went to a Maple Ridge neighbourhood with an average townhouse price that&#8217;s under $420,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get a complete picture, see the full ranking below, where each
